Acceptable-use terms
The terms governing access to and use of the Legal Accelerator compliance platform.
1. Purpose of the platform
Legal Accelerator is a compliance operating system that assists regulated and prospective-regulated businesses in assessing, planning, and evidencing their regulatory obligations. Outputs are decision-support aids and do not constitute legal advice.
2. Authorised use
Access is limited to authorised users acting on behalf of an engaged client or the operating firm. You agree to use the platform only for lawful compliance work, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to share access with unauthorised parties.
3. Professional judgement
AI-generated assessments, roadmaps, obligations, and analyses are grounded in the indexed regulatory corpus and pin-cited where possible, but must be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied upon. The firm remains responsible for all regulatory submissions and decisions.
4. Data & confidentiality
Client information and uploaded documents are processed to deliver the service. Every material action is recorded in an append-only audit ledger. You agree not to upload material you are not authorised to process.
5. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, overload the service, or use it to produce unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
